"I would like to nominate Brandon Lally for Coach of the Year. Let's just say he's the man that's down on one knee and I am not just talking about during the play huddles. Brandon gets down on one knee to look the kids in the eyes, point, position, and to instruct them on how to be a better player. He truly cares about his players and wants everyone to develop as an athlete and have fun in the process. He likes to win but he doesn't do it at all cost. He makes a special effort to include everyone and allows each kid the opportunity to be involved in the plays. Brandon embodies all the characteristics that you hope for a coach to have...dedication, commitment, organization, positive attitude, and competitiveness. Brandon is a role model on and off the field and he dedicates so much of his time to coaching. Brandon Lally is most deserving to be honored for his time and dedication to this program, his players, and their families. We sure are proud of our Cleveland Browns coach!"
